Test principle:
Angled ball method, through ball and pressure sensitive tape sample surface
The adhesive tape sticks to the ball between micro-pressures that occur when contacting for a short period of time
Operation method:
1. Adjust the vial to the center circle through the base adjusting bolt.
2. Use the angle adjustment knob to fix the tilt plate to 30°.
3. Place the adhesive on the sloped plate with the surface of the sample prepared according to the standard.
4 Cover the lower part of the sample with polyester film and double-sided tape in the specified area and fix it.
5. Put the ball treated as standard into the pay-off device with tweezers, and adjust the position of the pay-off device so that the center of the ball is at the beginning of the roll-off and has rolled over the rail.
6. Gently open the dropper and observe that the experiment reaches the maximum number of balls that can be thrown.
