To supply Size: 2'x4'x9.5mm/2'x2'x9.5mm.
Ceiling board: Pinhole board/Vinyl laminate board
Ceiling tees: Main tees 12'/Cross tees 4'/Cross tees 2'
Wall angle: Ceiling L angle 10'/Ceiling W angle 10'
Square Edge suspended with Exposed Grid Ceiling System with Ceiling Tile lay on top of Main Tees and Cross Tees, perimeter to be finished with ceiling L Angle or ceiling W angle.
Installation:
1. Centre the ceiling area both ways, ensuring the center lines are at right angles to each other.
2. Plan for even margins of closure panel at opposite sides of ceiling.
3. Fix wall angle MT3000 to perimeter walls at the correct height and check for level.
4. Miter all corners around piers and columns.
5. Fix Suspension Rods or wire with Adjustable Clip attached, span at 1200mm ctrs. in both directions.
6. Attach Main Tees DX to Adjustable clip and adjust height of Main Tees to a string line stretched between wall angles by adjusting the adjustable clip or by thread adjustment.
7. Inser Cross Tees at 600mm ctrs. to create the 600 x 1200mm framing.
8. Check all fittings for tightness and safety, Install infill ceiling panels.
9. Surfaced or recessed light fittings can be incorporated in the ceiling.
10. Additional suspension rods or wire must be attached to carry the increased weight. Surface mounted light fittings must be attached to main runner at suspension points.
*NOTE: KEEP HANDS CLEAN OR WEAR CLEAN GLOVES TO AVOID SOILING INFILL PANELS DURING ASSEMBLY.
